Meet the Team
James, Alex & Shaun are the friendly team behind RPD Waterproofing. We are all professionally trained and have a combined total of over 20 years experience in the construction industry. We believe our extensive knowledge in both construction & waterproofing will set us apart from the rest.
James Durkin
James took a leap of faith and left his long term employer to come on board with us in June 2022. He's incredibly hard working and his work ethic is second to none. He takes great pride in his work and is always willing to go the extra mile.
Alex Rossiter
Alex is extremely passionate about his work & every project he takes on. He & Shaun started RPD Waterproofing in September 2021and has big plans to continue progressing the business into the future and becoming an industry leader in waterproofing.
Shaun Pierce
Shaun is one of the most hardworking people in the trade industry. His extensive carpentry knowledge over 11+ years gives him the upper hand in guiding builders and giving advice on the specific ways prepare the areas to meet Australian standards.
